We offer a cloud storage plan to keep your WonderLab scans safely secure on our private server – accessible via the ‘My Photos’ area of your customer account.
If you’ve entrusted us with your precious memories through our scanning services in recent years, you’re already familiar with the seamless ‘My Photos’ feature within your customer account.
Your images stay in storage for 6 months and then after that they are removed from our system. If you would like to keep them secured with the WonderLab, we now offer a 12- or 6-month plan.

Our long-standing relationship with UPS FedEx DHL and other global carriers allows us to offer an array of shipping services. Our warehouse personnel are expertly trained and will wrap your items according to our precise and precise specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and properly secured before shipping. Every day, we send thousands of packages to customers from all over the world. This is a testament to our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.

Before shipment, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.
